Which E-Bike Will You Try?

Welcome to the event! Below is a list of all the different e-bikes you can try on our test track.

These are the Culdesac team’s favorite e-bikes within the $1000-$3300 price range.

RadRunner 1

  • Best e-bike for new riders and those just looking to cruise

  • Single-speed electric bike with an integrated rear rack and low step frame design

  • Price: $1199

  • Website

  • Press and release the power button to turn on the display and bike.
  • To turn on the headlight, once the display is powered on, press and release the light button. The headlight, taillight, and the headlight/taillight indicator light next to the button, will illuminate. Ensure the switch at the back of the headlight is in the on position so the light button will turn on the headlight
  • The right lever will activate the rear brakes when compressed and the left lever will activate the front brakes when compressed.
  • Pedal Assist: To accelerate, start pedaling and tap the up and down arrows to increase and decrease the pedal assist power. The throttle can also be used to accelerate.
    Throttle: Simply start pedaling and twist the throttle toward you using your left thumb to increase or decrease its power.

RadMission 1

  • Best e-bike for city riders

  • Slick, lightweight single-speed electric metro bike with a twist grip throttle and 20-45+ mile battery range

  • Locate the LED display (near the left handlebar grip). Hold down the power button for approximately 2 seconds until power is delivered to the LED display and the headlights turn on.
  • Try out your bell if you haven’t already! It’s an important safety tool for alerting others to your presence, especially when passing. The bell is integrated into the left brake lever on your handlebar.
  • The right lever will activate the rear brakes when compressed and the left lever will activate the front brakes when compressed.
  • Pedal Assist: To accelerate, begin by pedaling the bike with pedal assist level 0 or 1. Use the up and down arrows on the LED display to adjust pedal assist.
    Throttle: Use the throttle (next to the right handlebar grip) by slowly and carefully rotating it toward the rider.

  • Best e-bike for riders who are loading up to go somewhere, whether that's hauling kids across town or visiting the farmer's market

  • Strong, versatile electric bike with a powerful hub motor and integrated rear rack

  • . Locate the LCD display remote (near the left handlebar grip). Hold down the center “MODE” button for approximately 2 seconds until power is delivered to the LCD display and the headlights turn on

  • To get started, press and hold the power button to turn on the LCD control display. At this point, the system is on standby and ready to start
  • Once the LCD is on, rotating the pedals will activate the motor. Make sure you are mounted on the bike and ready to ride. Turn off the LCD when you are dismounted or not riding.
  • The right lever will activate the rear brakes when compressed and the left lever will activate the front brakes when compressed.
  • Pedal Assist: Simply start pedaling and tap the + and - to increase and decrease the pedal assist power.

  • Press the battery power button (either on the battery or the LED) to turn the bike on. Once the display screen is illuminated, the throttle is active and you’re ready to ride.
  • Quick press “O” button to toggle the information viewed on the display: speed (mph), range (miles), assist (0-4), and total (miles)
  • To activate the front headlight, press and hold down the up “^” button on the display until the light illuminates.
  • The right lever will activate the rear brakes when compressed and the left lever will activate the front brakes when compressed.
